There are three different kinds of Imatest customer accounts, listed below.

If you are experiencing this error when trying to activate the Imatest software, your existing login credentials are most likely for either account (1) or (3), but the one needed for license activation is link (2).

1. https://www.imatest.com/my-account/

   1. Accounts created here are for the online store.

2. https://store.imatest.com/customer/account/

   1. Accounts created here are for license management.

3. https://imatest.atlassian.net/servicedesk

   1. Accounts created here are for the customer support portal.
