Solution:

You have a library conflict, please attempt to copy the libraries below ( located at <MCR root>/bin/win64) to your Master install folder (C:\Program Files\Imatest\v2020.1\Master):

libpng16.dll
zlib1.dll
tbbmalloc.dll
libexpat.dll
icuin61.dll
icuuc61.dll

If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the Visual C++ Redistributable.
