Imatest Lightbox not responding to Lighting Control commands

Problem

The level (brightness) and/or color temperature of an Imatest Lightbox or Light panel does not respond to Lighting Control commands. The following lines might display repeatedly in the Imatest Log Window:

Unable to write command to light. No message received from lightbox.

Solution

  1. Make sure the lightbox is plugged in and turned on.

  2. Make sure the lightbox drivers are installed. If the drivers are needed, install these and restart computer.
