Problem
The level (brightness) and/or color temperature of an Imatest Lightbox or Light panel does not respond to Lighting Control commands. The following lines might display repeatedly in the Imatest Log Window:
Unable to write command to light. No message received from lightbox.
Solution
- Make sure the lightbox is plugged in and turned on.
- Make sure the lightbox drivers are installed. If the drivers are needed, install these and restart computer.
