Problem

The level (brightness) and/or color temperature of an Imatest Lightbox or Lightpad are not responding to Light Control commands. The following lines may be displayed repeatedly to the Imatest Log Window

Unable to write command to light.
No message received from lightbox.


Solution

  1. Make sure the lightbox is plugged in and turned on.
  2. Make sure the lightbox drivers are installed. Make sure to restart your computer after installing the drivers.
