Lead Time on Test Chart Orders

The standard lead time for Inkjet test charts is 5 business days. Film charts, chrome on glass charts, and most supplier charts have a standard lead time of 10 business days. 

Note: Photographic charts and select supplier charts are excluded from this policy. 

Imatest strives to process orders as quickly as possible, but "rush" options are available if time is critical (see the following table):

 *"Film, Chrome, Custom Inject, and Other Charts" include the first production of a custom inkjet pattern as well as subsequent productions of the same custom pattern. 

Lead Time on Equipment Orders

The lead time on equipment varies based on the item ordered and the manufacturer. Most equipment orders ship directly from the manufacturer. Please contact sales@imatest.com for the lead time on your specific order.

Lead Time on Software Orders

New software license orders and support renewal orders are delivered electronically within 24 business hours. If you do not receive an email during this time with details about your order, please contact sales@imatest.com.

When will my shipment arrive?

Delivery time depends on the delivery address and shipping method. We provide the tracking number(s) when the order ships. To guarantee a ship date, you must request and receive a confirmation from Imatest. Please contact sales@imatest.com for availability and lead time on a specific order.

International shipments

Our product pricing and shipping rates do not include import duties, taxes, or fees. The customer/recipient is responsible for these expenses. 

Why might an order be delayed?

Purchase orders are subject to review for accuracy by Imatest. Your order may be delayed if:

  • The order includes errors or incomplete descriptions, or we need to verify what product(s) are being ordered.
  • The shipping method, address, or instructions are unclear.
  • The payment terms are inconsistent with Imatest Terms & Conditions or the previously accepted terms.
  • A product is back-ordered.

Are import duties and taxes included?

Our product pricing and shipping rates do not include import duties, taxes, or fees. The customer/recipient is responsible for these expenses.
