Problem
The level (brightness) and/or color temperature of an Imatest Lightbox or Lightpad are not responding to Light Light panel does not respond to Lighting Control commands. The following lines may be displayed repeatedly to might display repeatedly in the Imatest Log Window:

- Make sure the lightbox is plugged in and turned on.
- Make sure the lightbox drivers are installed. Make sure to restart your computer after installing the driversIf the drivers are needed, install these and restart computer.
