Problem
The level (brightness) and/or color temperature of an Imatest Lightbox or Light panel are not responding to Light Lighting Control commands. The following lines may be displayed repeatedly to the Imatest Log Window

Solution

- Make sure the lightbox is plugged in and turned on.
- Make sure the lightbox drivers are installed. Make sure to restart your computer after installing the drivers.
