section of your INI file to include the entrylicense_debug = 1

Delete the
.lic
file from:Mac:
/Library/Application Support/Imatest
Windows:
C:\ProgramData\Imatest\license
Linux:
/var/lib/imatest
Restart your computer
Re-try the activation

C:\ProgramData\Imatest\license
andC:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Imatest
, and we will look into this further.
